My Background

I was born, raised, and have always resided in Northern California. I have always found immense peace and healing from the diverse ecosystems throughout the state of California. I have also always felt naturally in tune with nature and the interconnectedness of all beings.

After struggling with behavioral issues in elementary and middle school, which evolved into moderate to severe anxiety and panic attacks, eventually evolving into alcohol and stimulant use disorders, as well as social and spiritual disconnection.
